Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  However please do contact us if the item is unused and unopened.  We are still happy to help if we can.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns from the 48 contiguous US states. We can't process returns from AK, HI, PR, or Canada.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and/or your order number. Please note we can only process returns for items bought from our website.  If you purchase from another site you will need to contact them for a refund or return.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note the original shipping fee (if applicable) is not refunded.  A re-stocking fee may apply also.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to be processed by your bank.  You will receive an email from us when the refund is processed.  If it doesn't appear on your statement in the time noted above please contact your bank to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or faulty. Please contact us to discuss further along with your order number and any pictures you have.  

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item if you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item.  If you send an item back for a refund, then the original shipping cost is not refunded (if shipping was charged on the original order).  You will be notified of this when discussing the return with our customer service team.
