If you have any questions about our products and can't find an answer on the product pages or the FAQ, or need to make any changes to your order like change a shipping address, add a note or change a model/color, please contact us by email !

We ship from Nevada and Idaho and our office is based in Auckland, New Zealand so email is much much better. We don't reply during our nights (which is early morning US time); otherwise we usually reply within six hours to most questions! It is really busy at the moment so it may take a little longer than usual; we are very low on stock unfortunately and all the stock we have is listed on our website.
